We offer product servicing from our fully qualified engineer
Annual Servicing – We Offer and strongly recommend, annual servicing of our equipment for preventative maintenance. Our qualified engineers will carry out an annual inspection to ensure that equipment is calibrated correctly and is kept in optimum condition.
Workshop repairs – If a piece of pressure care equipment needs repairing, simply call us and we will collect from your premises, repair in our workshop and deliver it back to you.*
Emergency breakdown callouts – Unavoidably equipment will breakdown, sometimes at troublesome times putting patients’ at risk. Our emergency breakdown service is available to you 7 days a week. Our fully trained engineers will either repair the equipment on site, or for more complex issues we will loan you replacement equipment and repair the equipment at our workshop.*
*When the 2 year warranty applies all work is free of charge, outside of warranty you simply pay a one off fee per repair.
Services
Pressure care equipment is an integral to patients care, it is therefore important to keep it functioning and so it is important to regularly serviced to ensure it remains in good working order. To make it simple for you, we service equipment on your premises. Our qualified engineers only use genuine manufacturer’s parts for all repairs.
